The night starts with a wine tasting to explore the flavours and learn more about the hardly known natural wines from Georgia!

Followed by a 4 course seasonal, vegetarian menu, inspired by the flavours of Georgian classics, with our HARA twist.

You will learn how to elevate your beauty routine into a ritual and see your skin as a window to physical and emotional wellness. We will explore lunar beauty, skin food, cyclical living, crystal-infused beauty and skin-focused meditation. All designed to help you to ease the negativity that the mirror may trigger, bring reverence to your beauty routines and deepen your relationship with your skin.

HARA x MML : MOON LAB 4th Feb : INNOVATION

Mylky Moon Lab x HARA are uniting to bring you monthly MOON LABS at HARA's newly opened East London cafe. Our aim with the Labs is to promote cyclical living and connection to natural rhythms in an interactive way through ritual, meditation, chats and beautifully curated food. 

Each MOON LAB will focus on a theme, chosen according to the phase and characteristics of the current Moon.

The first one in the series - at the New Moon in February will carry the idea of INNOVATION - As the first New Moon after the Solar & Lunar Eclipses, she invites you to emerge from the hibernation phase and start preparing for the new beginning - as an individual and a community. The  days are stretching longer and brings us the first smells of spring. The New Moon is still the time of quietness, but marks the re-birth of light and re-newal after the dark moon phase.

HARA presents • Tasting + Musing's - Tasting + Tea

A pop-up charity afternoon tea by Tasting + Musing, raising money and awareness for cancer research. All proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK.

T+M is an experimentalist through and through. By day a biologist, she uses yeast cells to study how cells grow and divide, hoping to understand mechanisms behind diseases including cancer. By night, she continues her experiments in the kitchen, often not veering far from yeast, harnessing their potential to produce sourdough breads and all sorts of ferments.

This will not be your usual afternoon tea served on a 3-tiered set, but instead a 3-part tasting menu, where each course involves a smorgasbord of flavours and textures. The idea is to also create a friendly and inviting atmosphere through sharing and tearing. The food will be seasonal and plant-focussed, featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible. Breads are made using traditional, slow fermentation methods, and all baked goods are homemade.

The full menu will follow closer to date, and may change depending on the availability of seasonal produce. But just to whet your appetite, here are a few dishes that may feature:

Fermented Rye Tartine · Sunflower Seeds Tzatziki · Harissa Golden Beets

Toasted Sourdough Crumpet · Medjool Date Butter · Smoked Sea Salt

Bay Custard · Poached Rhubarb · Baharat Filo

We believe in bringing people together to share delicious, seasonal and inspiring food that makes you feel good - true nourishment for the mind, body and soul.

HARA nights is about inviting our community to gather for a nourishing, vegetarian meal where we celebrate the exciting beginnings of spring produce.

This dinner will be an ode to spring and all of it's beautiful produce. We'll be serving a 4 course meal with snacks, and there will be a few delicious bottles of wine available to choose from.
