WHAT: Make, Ferment and Cook Kimchi

Kim&Chi invites you to their kimchi workshop. This 3-hour course will introduce you to the traditions and techniques of authentic Korean kimchi and afterwards we will enjoy a couple of kimchi recipes together. At the end you will be able to take your jar of kimchi home with recipe cards.
On the day you will
MAKE: Learn how to kimchi the traditional way and be able to take your kimchi home
FERMENT: Taste kimchi at different stages of maturity and learn how to ferment your kimchi correctly
COOK: Learn how to cook with kimchi and have a delicious dish together
Everything you need will be provided on the day except aprons. Please do not forget to bring your own APRON!
