This workshop is open to everyone, from artists to 'non-creative people' (and you'll find out we all actually are creative in our own way!). No previous yoga, meditation or art experience required. Just bring an open heart and an open mind!
Ticket includes all equipment and tea + nibbles provided by HARA
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (for some yoga). and bring your mat if you have one.
